So, I have this new book coming out called “Silas Jayne: Chicago’s Suburban Gangster”. I am very excited about it as it is my first major move into true crime. I love reading true crime, which probably also means I am on some FBI watchlist. However, if I ever moved into non-fiction then true crime is the area I wanted to move. Silas Jayne is a criminal who deserves to be more well known than he is and I think this book brings his crimes and his life into focus. I hope you enjoy it and it will be published by History Press come the end of July. It’s a shocking story of a man who told the world be bred horses but, at the same time, was plotting the deaths of anyone who crossed him. I will be doing book signings and talking about this book to promote it a lot during the next few months. It will also be in bookstores all over Chicago. Stay tuned.
