Chicago, IL – June 6, 2011 – Bryan W. Alaspa, the bestselling author of the horror novel RIG: a Novel of Terror and the thriller After the Snowfall has now released his long-awaited second book in his “Sin-Eater” series. Mr. Alaspa has achieved tremendous success, as of late, by by-passing standard publishing and publishing his works of fiction for the electronic book market for Amazon’s Kindle and the Barnes and Noble’s Nook platforms.
His latest novel is entitled Sin-Eater: Book Two – Destiny and it continues the adventures of his hero Grady McDonnell. The story follows a man with the ability to absorb the sins of the recently deceased and experience the visions associated with those sins. He works for the same shadowy organization that his father did.
“The story was originally meant to be a comic book series,” said Mr. Alaspa. “However, I felt the stories worked better as a series of novels. This book goes back in time and sort of re-tells how Grady became the man he is today and started working for the same organization as his father.”
This is the latest novel that Mr. Alaspa has released exclusively for the ebook market. His novel RIG: A Novel of Terror has become a bestseller on the Amazon.com list of ebooks, routinely appearing in the top 5,000 novels of the 750,000 available for Kindle. He also publishes his works for the popular Barnes and Noble Nook e-reader.
Sin-Eater: Book Two – Destiny will be released for the Kindle on June 7, 2011. The novel will then be made available for Nook users on June 14.
Mr. Alaspa is also currently at work on two horror novels that he plans to release for the ebook market. The next book is entitled Vicious and is planned for a Halloween release. Then, a ghostly murder mystery, The Dead Phone, is planned for a 2012 release.
