Hello there friends, readers, fans, acquaintances, whatever you wish to call yourself. Just wanted to send a quick update and thank you, again, for everything. April was a tough month with sales, but we got through it. And now, on to bigger and better things this May.
I have raised the prices on most of my horror novels. Sorry folks, but I only reduce the prices for a limited time, most times. So, Dead Phone and RIG are up to $2.99, which is still a bargain when you think about it. Most paperbacks are much more expensive and even the e-books for people like Mr. King are around $12.99.
I am kind of promoting my horror novel GONE right now. I feel I have neglected it for too long and I was recently re-reading the story It is, by far, the weirdest thing I have ever written, so I am keeping that at 99 cents for May.
I want May to be “thriller” month so I am also keeping the prices low on After the Snowfall and Dust. Dust is an older and much longer piece that I did quite a few years ago now. The book also encompasses a lot of my own philosophy about people in general, but don’t let that scare you. It also has murder and mayhem, explosions, guns and an entire town that riots.
Finally, I had a very good response from a fan in April for my collection of essays from my prior blogging days: Why Hockey Sucks and Other Random Thoughts. It was so positive, I have decided to kind of push that one as well, so it is also 99 cents for a time.
Oh, wait, there is one more thing. I should have a new treat out for you fans very soon. It is truly something for you people who have been with me for a while. If you are new to my work, you may want to bypass this one, but fans, this one is going to be especially for you.
Thanks!
B.W.A.
